The Consumer Service Corps is a nationwide company being created to put you, THE CUSTOMER, back where you belong, receiving the high quality service you deserve!
Your busy, you hire various service companies to help you in your daily life on a regular basis, Gardner's, House Cleaners, Pool Cleaners, Nannies etc.

Substandard service companies thrive on one simple idea, you are too busy to do anything about the shoddy work they perform! How many times have you said to yourself "You know if I had the time I would fire these guys! Even good service companies can take a "no news is good news" approach to the service they provide.

We at the Consumer Service Corps are dedicated to keeping excellent service companies (yes, there are still some out there) at the top of the list.
We refuse to let poor service companies set the standard any further!

We are creating the Consumer Service Corps to act as your advocate, the middle man if you will, between you and your routinely contracted service companies.

What are "routinely contracted" service companies?

The Consumer Service Corps defines a routinely contracted service company as a company which provides a service to you on a regular basis. For example, House Cleaners, Gardner's, Pool Maintenance, Nannies, Auto Detailer, Pet Groomer or sitter etc.

How will the Consumer Service Corps work?

1. Upon joining the Corps you will provide us with basic information about your routinely contracted service companies. We will then introduce ourselves to those companies.
   
   
2. Each month you will respond to a quick questionnaire regarding the current performance of your routinely contracted service companies. The questionnaire will be sent via your preferred method of delivery.
   
   
3. If there is a problem, we will act as your representative to express your concerns to the company you are having a problem with.

   Consider it an ongoing "Customer Satisfaction" survey in which ALL
   of the service companies you do business with will be participating,
   with one significant twist, we will be interacting with your routinely contracted
   service companies on your behalf should the need arise.

   If the problem is not resolved in a manner which is acceptable to you, the Consumer Service Corps will assist you in your search for a new company to replace the substandard one. Companies will be found from local yellow pages, the internet and other local sources.
