Who is the Consumer Service Corps?

For over 15 years we at the Consumer Service Corps have run successful service based businesses. During that time there is one thing that has become evident to us,
Customer Service...NO LONGER IS.

When we began our service based businesses we believed every service company held the maxim "the customer is always right" as closely as we did. It soon became evident that was not so and as the years have passed, even less the case today.
Even good service companies can take a "no news is good news" attitude to the service they provide.

Because of the frustration we have witnessed over the years, we are starting the Consumer Service Corps. We're building this company from the ground up and look forward to serving the online community with the dedication required to make a positive impact on the service industry.

THE MISSION

The Consumer Service Corps is being founded with one driving vision. To build an unmatched Total Service and Solutions Center for our customers and create an effective oversight and enforcement mechanism that will build consumer confidence and ensure that Corps member's "Routinely Contracted" Service Companies adhere to their stated policies.
