I know I need a Web Precence, But I Don't Know Where to Start!
I can assist you in ALL aspects of your internet presence. My years of experience and research can guide you through the steps including cost effective domain procurement and web hosting services.

How long will my website take to build?
For most projects, the entire development process, from receipt of the down payment to signing off on the final project, is around five weeks. If your site is especially large, it may take longer to develop. Additionally, if you need your site to be completed more rapidly, arrangements to do so can be made. In all cases, we'll let you know how long expected development time will be when you request a price quote.

What is the payment procedure?
I require a 50% deposit before I begin development then the remaining 50% on completion and approval of the design work.

Can I view my website during construction?
Absolutely! Once the basic design has been created for your site, it will be posted to a private directory on the Tatrix website accessible only by you. You'll be able to see what the design looks like, and make any comments and suggestions to get it looking exactly like you want it. This will enable you to view the latest additions and changes to your web design project. You'll have protected access during every step in the development process.

What if I don't like the design?
If you aren't pleased with the design, I will fix those aspects, or, if necessary, create an entirely new design for your site. I will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with every step of the design process. If, at this point, you still are not happy with the work I have done, I will refund your money.

Do I own the finished product?
You will own all rights to the design, graphics, code, and any other work I do for you. I will send you a copy of all the files used in development so you can make the changes you need. All I require is the right to post a screenshot and description of your site in my portfolio and a small link to my website at the bottom of your site.
